If you're at a stall -watch the stall video then go onto the Reverse the regain module and if you want to complete the diet reset you'll find this in the Reverse The Regain Module.

This module continues on from module 5. Now that you've completed your food & mood diary.... (if you haven't you need to do this first before completing this module). It's time to read into the food & mood diary, identify the triggers to eating when you're NOT really hungry and identify patterns in your eating e.g. mindless eating, skipping meals etc... Don't forget to follow the action points after the lessons, which are also found in your video workflow ebook.
